Our Training Programs

Do you want to develop essential skills in your professional environment?

La Compagnie qui pétille designs and delivers training courses for public institutions, non-profit organizations, and businesses, in French, English, and Dutch.

Our interventions aim to strengthen the teaching, communication and relational skills of professionals, taking into account their experiences, needs and work realities.

Our approach combines methodological input, practical tools, simulations and time for analysis to promote learning that can be directly transferred into professional practices.

* Communication & Public Speaking
* Training of trainers
* Group facilitation techniques
* Give feedback
* Conflict management - Verbal defense

Our Training Approach

Active, structured learning tailored to professional realities

We favour approaches that encourage participants to take an active role in their learning, experiment with new practices and develop their skills.

Depending on the training objectives, our programmes combine:

  • Theoretical input and practical methodologies

  • Hands-on exercises and case studies

  • Role-playing and simulations inspired by real workplace situations

  • Sharing experiences and collective analysis

  • Opportunities for reflection and feedback

Experiential learning plays a central role in our approach. It allows participants to test different strategies, observe their impact and identify the practices best suited to their professional environment.

Whenever it adds educational value, we also draw on techniques from theatre and improvisation, particularly to develop communication, active listening, adaptability and group interaction skills.

Disagreements and conflicts are common in many professional settings, particularly in customer-facing roles, support services and team environments.

Our training programmes provide practical tools to better understand conflict dynamics, develop effective responses and maintain constructive communication in challenging situations.

Topics covered:

  • Understanding aggression and the dynamics of conflict escalation

  • Recognising early signs of tension and preventing conflicts

  • Developing verbal de-escalation strategies
