Training for trainers

Develop your teaching and facilitation skills to design and deliver effective, dynamic and participatory training sessions.

Training adults is about more than simply sharing knowledge. It also involves creating the right conditions for learning, sparking interest, engaging a group and adapting your methods to participants' needs.

How can you structure a clear and engaging training session? How can you maintain attention, encourage participation and manage different group dynamics? How can you develop your own style as a trainer and adapt to unexpected situations?

This training is designed for professionals who share knowledge, expertise or skills: new or experienced trainers, facilitators, team leaders, professionals working in education or support services, and anyone involved in designing and delivering adult training programmes.
